Rigid flooring comes with a 1mm underlay built in, saving time and cost compared to having to buy and install it separately - plus click installation, the ultimate in convenience. Malmo vinyl floors are also easy to install and require minimum maintenance. Most of the planks are also suitable for water-pipe encased underfloor heating of up to 27C
